They are NOT! these are waterproof and electrical safety ONLY. The brown boots in the same add IS SAFETY TOE. for the one day I had these boots it felt great, just had to return them bc I needed safety toe. Asked Amazon to update thier web page on these boots details. (The Blue ones).Super light and comfy.
